Indeterminate Sentence Review Board

Determines duration of confinement and parole release of felony offenders who committed crimes before July 1st, 1984 and a select group of sex offenders who have committed offenses after August 31st, 2001. The ISRB is merged with the Department of Corrections and staff supports the Board by providing case analysis, maintaining offender records and provide administrative assistance to the Chair and the Board Members.
