Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth, Washington Center for

Establishes and reviews college policies and oversees the general management of Washington School for the Deaf. The Board also sets the college's strategic direction, approves budgets, and represents the public interest and functions to ensure the basic fiscal integrity of the college. The trustees serve educational needs of hearing-impaired students from throughout the state. Develops comprehensive curriculum to maximize and develop students' skills to live, work, and be capable, contributing, independent citizens.
