Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission
Regulates the competency and quality of chiropractic health care professionals by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing qualifications for licensing, consistent standards of practice, continuing competency mechanisms, and discipline. The Commission accomplishes this mandate through a variety of activities working with the Department of Health, Health Professions Quality Assurance.

Member Requirements: Eleven practicing chiropractors and three public members. Members must be citizens of the United States and residents of this state. Members must also be licensed chiropractors for a period of five years before appointment. Public members may not be a member of any other health care licensing board, or have a fiduciary obligation to a facility rendering health services regulated by the commission, or financial interest in the rendering of such health services. No member may serve more than two consecutive full four-year terms.
